I think I can sum up my feelings in just a few short statements today…
- I hate chicken
- I hate tilapia
- I hate aspargus
- I’m sleepy
- I have too much on my mind to sleep
I seriously, SERIOUSLY don’t want to see chicken, tilapia or asparagus again for a LONG time after this competition. I’m so over it.
Somehow I got through a killer leg workout last night plus 30 minutes of cardio. I was cramping up really bad on the treadmill so I moved over to the elliptical, which helped. My boyfriend did my whole workout with me so that totally helped push me through!
I’d post some more food pictures but I don’t want to bore you. Just revisit my post from yesterday if you’re curious to what I’ve been eating. Nothing has changed. Same old boring and bland stuff.
Tomorrow my diet changes a little…but nothing to get excited about.
I’m so close to the end..I just need to finish strong (and force down the rest of my chicken and tilapia without throwing up)!!!
70 hours until I step on stage! (And probably only about 80 hours until I get some Chicago deep dish pizza and an adult beverage…mmmmm!)
