Happy Hump Day everyone!!! So we just had a major disaster at work. I work for a hospital in the I.T. department and EVERYTHING went down. The hospital even had to cancel all surgeries that were scheduled..it was that bad! Even though I’m in the I.T. department, I still have I.T. people to back up us I.T. people when something this major happens! Kinda funny, huh?
Well there was nothing left for me to do, so instead of sitting around at work and waiting for it to come back up…I decided to hit the gym for a quick treadmill session.
I created a new HIIT workout and am excited to share it with you. I thought it was HARD. I usually keep my sprints around 8-10mph, but this time I pushed myself to the max of 12mph. It was a doozy!
This workout was done on a treadmill and calories were tracked my trusty old sidekick (My Polar HRM Watch). Remember, the numbers above are specific to my own body. Your calories & heart rate may vary. If the speed is too fast or too slow for you, feel free to tweek it to your desire!
