I completed Day 81 – Chest/Abs/Cardio last night. The weight training portion took me only about 25 minutes. I even added in a bit of extra ab work at the end of my circuits. I wish there was more ab work in this trainer. My tummy is my biggest problem area, but we all know that ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. That must be why my abs always suck…because I’m not the best at eating clean 100% of the time! grrrrrrrrr. Anyway…
I then did cardio for 40 minutes. I started on the treadmill doing 10 minute’s of sprints at 9.0 mph. Then I did a mixture of jogging and walking at an incline for the rest of the time.
I finished off with 15 minutes on the ellptical. For some reason, after about 10 minutes on the ellpitical, my toes always start to go numb! I have no idea why this happens to me but it always does. So strange! Anyone have any idea why this happens to my poor little toes?
In total, my workout took 1:12 and I burned 625 calories. What’s with this whole 1:12 thing? It seems like so many of my workouts end up exactly in the 1:12 time and I don’t plan that at ALL. Kinda funny actually.
I’m really struggling today and need to find the energy to make it to the gym before the day ends. I need to finish day 82!! I only have this workout and one more day of only cardio and then I’m done with this 12 week trainer!
I think I’m gonna go guzzle down some coffee so I can find some energy to kick booty at the gym and then have a relaxing night at home tonight.
This weekend we don’t have much planned other than a baby shower, getting myself a new license and plates and hopefully watching TEBOW beat Tom Brady and the Patriots on Saturday night. The chances are pretty slim, but hey…anything could happen!! GO TEBOW!!
