I know that I shouldn’t be checking my weight as often as I have been lately, but I’ve been SO close to that goal weight that I’ve had stuck in my head for YEARS. I’m not even kidding..for as long as I can remember, I’ve always said I wanted to be this weight. This morning I weighed myself and I hit the weight 🙂 Yayyyy!!!
I don’t remember the last time I was this weight..if ever?! The heaviest I’ve been was almost 25 lbs heavier than I am now! The good old college freshman 15+ will do that to ya. Beers + burritos & pizza for 4 years and little to no exercise really isn’t a good idea!
Now that I’m at my goal weight..I’m going to celebrate with this…
Chili’s chips and queso…that is one of my favorite things in life.
Just kidding. Well no..it is one of my favorite things in life..but I have been celebrating reaching my goal with something more like this…
I just downed a HUGE protein shake and I’m seriously stuffed. I hope it calms down before my workout. I don’t want to be burping up protein shake during my cardio like I was yesterday. bleh!
Gotta keep my eye on the prize! Bikini day is in 9 days!
Yesterday’s workout was Day 80 – Chest/Calves/Cardio. It seems to be a common theme that all my week 11 and 12 circuits have taken about a half hour to complete. Day 80 was the same case.
I followed up my circuit with 25 minutes on the treadmill. I did the first 10 minutes of sprints from 9.0mph to hopping off. Then I did a walk at the incline for 5 min, jog at 6.0mph for 5 minutes, then walked again at an incline for 5 min.
I then finished it off strong with 15 minutes on the elliptical.
In total, I did 40 min of cardio. Once again…as I’ve mentioned before…I love this circuit training business!
