Daily log 3/1/10

Weight: 136.8 I hadn’t worked out in about a week because I’m getting over a cold. Today’s workout was HARD. I tried Jilian Michaels ifit card (level 3 get fit) and it was entirely too hard. I’ll explain in detail tomorrow!! Here’s my daily calorie/exercise log from my iPhone.
