How does the Isagenix Compensation Plan work? How do I get paid with Isagenix? Is Isagenix fair? Is Isagenix a scam? Can I actually make money with Isagenix? These were all questions I googled before deciding to start my own Isagenix business.
In this Isagenix Compensation Plan review, I hope I can answer most of your questions on how it all works. Lets take a closer look in my review of the Isagenix Compensation Plan!
My background: I started my Isagenix business November of 2012 so I guess you can say I’ve been able to get a good grasp of how the business works.
Isagenix Business Structure
To build your Isagenix Business, you will recruit new associates into your downline which will create two sales teams. You will create a left and a right team under you. If you know about MLM, this is also referred to as a Binary Tree Structure.
This makes sense though, doesn’t it? In order for anything to stand, it needs two legs. This is also true for your business. If you have two people under you (one on each leg), then your business is able to stand on it’s own and grow! That’s when the fun begins.
Different Ways To Earn Money With Isagenix

After researching a lot of other network marketing and MLM companies, I found that the Isagenix compensation plan is superior to the rest for a few reasons.
You can earn money in 6 different ways. Yep 6!
1. Retail Profits
As soon as you become an Isagenix associate, you’ll have access to your back office website aka Retail Business Center (RBC) which you can use to refer customers to and purchase your future orders. Any time someone comes to your independent associate Isagenix website, they have the option to buy products from you at wholesale prices or at the full retail cost.
If for some reason a customer chooses they don’t want to save money by becoming as associate, they can buy retail and you will earn up to a 25% profit on their orders because you’re an associate!
You can also take advantage of this technique by ordering products wholesale and then selling them for retail price from your gym, home or business!
The best part of this type of retail business is that Isagenix processes your orders, holds the products, ships the products and deposits your commission directly onto your Isagenix Visa account. You don’t have to carry any items at any time. They do all that hard stuff for you!!
2. Product Introduction Bonuses (PIBs)
When a new associate enrolls under you and purchases specific items, you will instantly get a bonus that’s known as a Product Introduction Bonus or PIB. These bonuses range from $10 to $135 depending on which pak your associate purchases.
You’ll even have a chance to double your PIBs each week by enrolling two with the same pak in one week….I’ll get to that in a second…

3. Team Bonuses
My favorite part of the Isagenix compensation plan is the team aspect. Since you have built two teams (or legs) under you, you will then earn team bonuses based upon the sales of your two teams.
Also, your downline is unlimited levels deep, not just 4 or 5 like many other companies. UNLIMITED!!!
4. Matching Check Bonuses
Eventually, you will have enough enrollments under you that you’ll start making the big money! When you have enrolled 10 new associates (5 on your left team and 5 on your right team), you will become an EXECUTIVE.
This is when the real magic happens because you will earn a check that will match all of the income checks generated by your personally sponsored consultants and executives on your two teams under you!
This helps generate an urge for your upline to help you grow your business. When your upline sees you succeed, it directly affects them, so THEY WILL HELP YOU (unlike many other network marketing or MLM companies).
5. Promotions
While other companies were cutting back, Isagenix recently added $10 million in new promotions and incentives.
That’s NOT common for companies to give back that much to their employees!! Just sayin….
At any given time during the year, Isagenix will have one to many different promotions running as added incentives. These promotions promote a sound philosophy of enrolling Associates, and then helping your new Associates advance and teaching them to duplicate the business for themselves.
I’ve earned a ton of free product randomly because I hit different promotions that were going on and didn’t even know that they were going on. That’s the best! Surprise!

6. Incentives
Throughout the year, Isagenix offers incentives, contests, and promotions that you can take advantage of. When you achieve qualifying milestones in your business, you can earn cash, travel rewards, and recognition. In the past, associates have won relaxing team building activities, luxury cruises, traveled to exotic locations and earned thousands of dollars in cash bonuses!

Overall, I feel that the Isagenix Compensation Plan is one that is superior to all others. The plan is built to encourage your up-line to support and train you while you learn the ropes of the business. Although this business does take some time to build, it will pay off if you stay consistent. Like any business, you can’t expect it to be quick and effortless money. Those that are most successful will dedicate time and show patience as it grows. It’s a proven business model and has allowed Isagenix to be a profitable business that can create residual and passive income.
There’s a reason why the Better Business Bureau rates this business an A+
