- 1 minute walking lunges
- 1 minute mountain climbers
- 1 minute walking lunges
- 1 minute mountain climbers
3 MINUTES
- Pushups for 30 seconds
- Tricep Dips for 30 seconds
- Pushups for 30 seconds
- Tricep Dips for 30 seconds
- Pushups for 30 seconds
- Tricep Dips for 30 seconds
2 MINUTES
- 30 seconds squat and jump (reach for the sky)
- 30 seconds regular speed squats
- 30 seconds squat and jump (reach for the sky)
- 30 seconds regular speed squats
1 MINUTE
- 1 minute plank
Now that was a quick 15 minute workout, don’t ya think!? Try doing it again today. If you’re feeling crazy after two circuits, do it 3 times!!!
