5 MINUTES

  • 1 minute high knees
  • 1 minute jumping jacks
  • 1 minute front kicks
  • 1 minute butt kicks
  • 1 minute sprint in place

4 MINUTES

  • 1 minute walking lunges
  • 1 minute mountain climbers
  • 1 minute walking lunges
  • 1 minute mountain climbers

3 MINUTES

  • Pushups for 30 seconds
  • Tricep Dips for 30 seconds
  • Pushups for 30 seconds
  • Tricep Dips for 30 seconds
  • Pushups for 30 seconds
  • Tricep Dips for 30 seconds

2 MINUTES

  • 30 seconds squat and jump (reach for the sky)
  • 30 seconds regular speed squats
  • 30 seconds squat and jump (reach for the sky)
  • 30 seconds regular speed squats

1 MINUTE

  • 1 minute plank

Now that was a quick 15 minute workout, don’t ya think!? Try doing it again today.  If you’re feeling crazy after two circuits, do it 3 times!!!
