24 Hour Cleanse

Hey guys! I just completed a 24 hour cleanse!!! I’m not going to say it was super easy ditching food for 24 hours because I LOOOOVE food but I just want to let you guys know the truth about how I did it and how it went!

So I recently purchased the Healthy Lifestyle Pak which consists of meal replacement shakes, ionix, cleanse for life and healthy chocolate!!! The cleanse for life was meant to be used daily but since I was on vacation for a bit last month, I had some extra to do a 24 hour cleanse with!

The Cleanse for Life looks like this..

I used the powder form but the liquid will work the same (just do 4 oz per serving).

Alright, so here’s how my cleanse worked. I started Thursday morning when I woke up.

I also avoided coffee and drank about a gallon of water and did light cardio for 30 minutes. If you do this and feel VERY hungry, don’t hesitate to have a couple almonds or apple slices. The reason we try not to eat solid food on a cleanse is to give your body a break from all the work it does to break down food every day.

As a result of this quick cleanse, I woke up this morning feeling great! I didn’t do this cleanse for fat loss, but I did manage to lose 2 pounds in just 24 hours! I think I may have to do this every few months to refresh my body and give it a break.

If you have more fat to lose and want to do a 9 day cleanse with step by step instructions telling you what to do every hour of the day, you may be interested in a longer 9 day cleanse & fat loss system. The reason I only did a 24 hour cleanse is because I don’t have a lot of weight that I want to lose. I just wanted to detox and flush out my body after all my indulgences I enjoyed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend 😉

The 9 day cleanse is pretty intense though, so it’s only for the dedicated 😉 If you want a longer cleanse with the same benefits as the 9 day, I’d suggest the 30 day program instead!! That’s a  mega cleanse that I would recommend to everyone.  There are cleanse days and shake days and you get to eat normal meals too. It includes a calendar of what to do when and it’s super easy to follow.
