Congratulations on making it through your first two days of cleansing! Food probably never tasted better than it does today 🙂 We’re getting right back on track with our clean eating and a PUSH based workout today. You will be doing all push movements and cardio!

Today, I also want you to look over the After Boot Camp Instructions. You’ll need to start thinking about your plan to maintain your body when this boot camp is over. In order to stay on track, you may have to place another order today or tomorrow so you can stay on track after this boot camp.
The LAST thing I want you to do is work your butt off through this boot camp and then RUIN it after you’ve worked so hard. Keep putting the right nutrition in your body after these 18 days and Live Life Active!!
