Today is a big day. It’s your first DEEP CLEANSING day! This is when we are going to target the toxins in our body and give our liver a break for once. It will help to target visceral fat cells to shed the stubborn fat and believe it or not, will leave you feeling great. You’ve just got to get through the next two days!
You will be taking it easy with workouts on deep cleanse days. Your body needs to focus on the cleanse, so please don’t do rigorous exercise today. The maximum you can do is about 20 minutes of MODERATE cardio. That’s it!
Stay busy today and drink a lot of water!!!
