My baking pan was a little deeper so they turned out to be protien muffins, but they are still very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
Is there a place to find what the content of each meal should be? Like should meal one be protein, fruit and carbs? I’m using your meal plan but want to switch for some other recipes, like the Taco Ball, so I’m trying to figure out the standard guide for a day. Thank you.
My plan has it divided by color so you know what type of food to eat at each meal. I’d consider my Taco Balls to be one serving of protein and one carb.
