(Gym Workouts – Advanced Cardio)
Coach Erin’s Notes:
- Your wedding is in July!! It’s time to focus and start building the body you want to see in your wedding dress and all your wedding pictures!!!
- Keep focusing on eating CLEAN food. This is all natural, unprocessed foods.
- Try to eat 5-6 small meals each day.
- Check in with me once a week or every two weeks so we can make sure you’re on track! The check-in form is on the top of the site next to the member log-in.
- We need to get you back on track. If you have an off-day..it’s okay..just pick up where you left off and keep fighting. In July, you’ll be SO glad you worked out TODAY!

Your Workout Plan:

Cardio A: HIIT for 30 minutes (on machine of your choice)
Cardio B: No Cardio
Cardio C: 30 min steady state cardio (on machine of your choice but switch it up!!)
Cardio D: 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. Take a class or something at the gym. Keep it fun!
Availability: 5-6 days @ 1 – 2 hours
Goal: Lose weight/tone
Problem Area: Core, arms & back
