  1. As I get ready to jump back into a fitness routine, I really would like to do a cleanse. Is there a cleanse you recommend? Also, I currently do Herbalife Shakes twice a day. Is this something I can continue or do you suggest I change? Will I get personalized workouts based on my height/weight/goals or is the workouts posted above what I will have access to? Looking forward to learning how to navigate your program. Thanks!
