Live Fit Trainer Review

Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer is such a great program. Not only have I seen great results, but it’s also FREE!!

You can find the whole program here. It’s a 12 week muscle building and fat burning program. This is the only workout program that I have ever been able to stay dedicated to. It’s delivered great results and made me so much more confident!

The picture below was sent in by an amazing young lady who wanted to prove that what you read on the scale DOESN’T matter (especially for everyone scared of gaining weight in Phase 1 with no cardio). In this picture, she says that she weighs 2 lbs HEAVIER in the AFTER picture than the before picture. She had a bad injury and had to quit after phase 1.

Muscle weighs more than fat. You may gain weight, but this picture proves that you’re also gaining muscle and losing inches!

  1. Seeing your results gives me faith that the program will work! It is only my first day and I already slipped up with a treat! It does not help that I have 2 kids and a family that does not understand health!! I have been fit and toned before I know I can do it again!

    • Don’t worry about slip ups here and there. You’re only human! You have no idea how many times I slipped up and it still worked for me!

  3. Hi Erin,

I found your blog on the bodybuilding web for the Jamie Eason Livefit challenge and it’s great by the way.
I’m thinking of giving the challenge a go.
I have recently moved to Australia from the UK and ive gained nearly 14lb since ive been hear. I recently joined the gym but really lacked the motivation to go. I have quite a bit of weight to loss about 34lb after the birth of my two children.
I’m worried that i’m not going to see the result I need on the challenge as i gain muscule quite easy and hang onto fat like it’s my best friend.I once did the body for life and got to eight weeks and then quit. Looking back now i should have stuck with it i did loose a stone and looked quite good i just couldn’t see at the time.
I am no stanger to the fitness world as i’m an ex-aerobics instructor and have trained for years.
The problem i have is the lack of willpower and motivation. I start off great for a couple of weeks and then i get discouraged or put other people or things first. I also have a great love afair with my old friend Mr Vino.I’m a good cook and love food so find eating cleaning boaring after a while. My husband and children don’t help either as they dont like to eat vegatbles My husband is the worst he refusses to eat any vegtables or fruit. I always put it on thier plates but they refuse to eat it. I usually end up having to cook two different meals at dinner sometimes three.
I know this sounds all very negative but I would really appericate some advice and motivation.

    • Thanks for stopping by my page! I’m glad you’re going to give the LiveFit program a try. It is seriously an amazing program if you stick through it. It was the first plan I was able to stick with the whole time. I saw results almost immediately so it was easy to stick with it.

One thing that I’d recommend to you for motivation is…START A BLOG! It keeps me accountable for my actions and gives me a tremendous amount of support. Knowing that I have people reading my blog helps me push through my workouts!! I’m not even kidding 🙂 You can start a free one at wordpress.com and it’s really easy to set up!

I wish you the best of luck! You can do it!!!! <3 Erin

  4. spent a lot time overlooking this program and reading through a couple of blogs. I’m worried that i am not likely to begin to see the result I want around the challenge when i gain muscule really simple and hold onto body fat like it’s my closest friend.I remember when i did your body for existence and also got to eight days after which quit. Searching back now i ought to have tied to it’ did loose a stone and looked quite good i simply couldn’t see at that time.

    • If you can build muscle quickly, consider yourself lucky! The more muscle you can build, the faster you can burn off that stubborn fat! Don’t worry about the scale, focus on how you look instead!

  5. So, just curious if you used any of the supplements she recommends? I bought them because I thought “What the heck?” (and I really like them, too! Bonus!), but one thing I’ve noticed is that despite pushing myself with heavier weights, and being close to not being able to finish a set, I don’t get sore. Like at all. I’m wondering if it’s because of the BCAA’s she recommended.

So far, I really like the program, but I’m only at the end of week 2. Honeymoon stages! lol

  6. This was so helpful! I’m just about finished phase 2 of LiveFit – I’ve gained a lot of muscle, and haven’t really lost as much fat as I had hoped in some places, so it’s great to see what lies ahead and that I’ll get there eventually! 🙂

  7. Thank you so much for the all the progress photos! Hopefully I will be posting my own in 9 weeks! Also, thank you for the tip to NOT look at the scale. It’s daunting at first to see the numbers creep up/not change, but I can see the difference in measurements and in the mirror.

Any tips on supplements? Currently using syntha-6 vanilla and it’s pretty good for cooking but I want to try something else for the shakes. Also casein? So far the only one I haven’t added.

    • When I finished LiveFit, I did my own routines in the gym for a while. When I wanted another challenge, I joined Cathy Savage Fitness. After I did my first show, I went back to designing my own routines. Now I’m back getting trained by an athlete who’s sponsored by bodybuilding.com! I like to switch it up if you can’t tell 🙂

  9. Just started the Live Fit program yesterday and I have been looking everywhere on the internet for positive results to keep me going. I can say most people worry about what the scale says instead of what the mirror shows, so they say negative things! But on the bright side I feel very lucky to come across your blog, and now I feel more motivated then I did before (didn’t know that was possible) I also agree with you, when you write a blog about what you are doing, it keeps you motivated and accountable! Thanks again for sharing, it really helped! (:

  10. Erin, I need some motivational help.. I am currently on week 9 and feel like I have not made in progress. My progress pictures depress me when I look at them. I have gained weight and my clothes are super tight on me.. I’m getting frustrated that the fat hasn’t melted away yet.. It’s frustrating And scary to think that all my hard work might not yield the results I want… Any advice? Will I start losing the much needed fat lost during this final phase?

    • How is your nutrition? If you are doing every workout, then it has to come down to nutrition! Phase 3 is when your body really sheds the fat due to the high intensity, circuits and cardio. Hang in there!

      • I did follow Jamies meal plan for the first 6 weeks and got bored with eating chicken all the time. I basically eat clean 90% of the time and have my cheat meals but never more than once a week. I do follow her macros and I think I should be eating a lot more but I really don’t have much of an appetite. I have been following other blogs and I know others have felt the same way I do now. A blogger mentioned she felt like a whale and that’s exactly how I feel. I have not been able to do the sprints due to joint and leg problems but I have been doing insanity and turbo fire for my HIIT routines as an alternative to the sprints. I hope this last month delivers on what Jamie says will be the fat burning phase. I really need the motivation to keep going.. I’m just scared the fat won’t melt away!!!
