How many workouts were you scheduled to complete since your last check in?

–  How many workouts did you actually complete since your last check in?

–  Were there any modifications you had to do to your workouts?

–  If you had to rate how hard your workouts have been recently (1 being easy and 10 being VERY CHALLENGING), what would you rate them?

–  Do you have any questions about your workouts?

–  Have you noticed any changes in your body since your last check-in?

– How was your nutrition?

– What was your biggest struggle since your last check in?

–  Is there anything you’re proud of that you’d like the Live Life Active community to know about? ( I like to encourage the girls on my team to allow me to share their success with others  because you  should be proud and should be recognized!!)  If so, please list here and Erin may feature you on the Facebook page!   For example, “I lost 5 lbs since I started your coaching program” or “I can finally do a real push-up since I started on this program”.
