What is the 18 Day Bikini Boot-Camp?
The 18 day Bikini Boot-Camp program was designed by a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant. The workouts consist of a well designed circuit training workout routine based on split body part training to reach your full potential in a quick 18 days. You will workout 4-5 days a week and follow a strict nutrition plan based around whole foods, cellular cleanses and shakes. It will come with a calendar that will tell you exactly what to eat and when along with what workout to do every day! It will take the guesswork out of dieting completely.
