Follow this nutrition plan on “Shake Days”. This is a well designed nutrition plan that I guarantee will work if you stick to it!!!
When it says “Choose one”, just pick ONE option from each column to make up your meal.
Mrs. Dash salt free seasonings & mustard (no honey mustard)
Eat each meal 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart
Drink a gallon of water a day. Avoid any sodas or artificially flavored drinks
Take a multivitamin daily
If you are constantly very hungry on this plan, please add 1-2 oz of lean protein on top of what is recommended above. There is no one PERFECT nutrition plan for everyone so please listen to your body and adjust this menu if needed. If you ever feel dizzy or low blood sugar, have 1/2 apple or pear.
