Bikini Boot Camp Day 5

Welcome to Day 5!

Now that we just completed an upper and lower body workout, you get a rest day from workouts today.  Your body needs to rest in order to grow.  We will be back at it tomorrow!  Give your nutrition 100% attention today!

If you are sore from the last two days of workouts, make sure to keep stretching.  Also make sure you’re getting your gallon of water in every day!
