Bikini Boot Camp Day 9

Welcome to Day 9!

Today is the last day of workouts before we do 2 deep cleansing days so work your butt off!!!  You will be doing a full body circuit today to make sure we hit it all before our two rest days coming up.  Do all the workouts in a row as one circuit before resting.  Repeat the circuit 5 times.  Do your cardio after your workout.
