Welcome to Day 17!
Today is the start of your last 2 day cleanse and then you’re done with the Boot Camp!!! Remember, deep cleansing days are for targeting the toxins in our body and we’re able to give our liver a break from processing foods. It will help to target visceral fat cells to shed the last bit of stubborn fat and believe it or not, will leave you feeling great!! You’ve just got to get through the next two days!
You will be taking it easy with workouts on deep cleanse days. Your body needs to focus on the cleanse, so please don’t do rigorous exercise today. The maximum you can do is about 20 minutes of MODERATE cardio but I suggest you just relax.
Stay busy today and drink a lot of water!!!
