Bikini Boot Camp Day 11

Welcome to Day 11!

You made it to the second deep cleansing day.  It may be hard to believe, but most people agree that the second day of their deep cleanse is actually easier than the first!  You will hopefully start to feel a bit more energy today.  Today is your last cleanse day for a while, so push through and tomorrow you get your yummy shakes and clean eats back 🙂

Today’s Workout:

NONE!!!

You will be taking it easy with workouts on deep cleanse days.  Your body needs to focus on the cleanse, so please don’t do rigorous exercise today.  The maximum you can do is about 20 minutes of MODERATE cardio but I’d suggest you just take it easy!

Stay  busy today and drink a lot of water!!!
