CONGRATULATIONS, it’s the LAST DAY OF BOOT CAMP!!!! You’re almost there! As you probably remember from the other cleanse days, the second day is usually easier than the first, so finish strong!!!
After this, you are ready to rock that bikini!!!
Tomorrow….you’ll need to take your after picture, measurements and weight and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org!!!!!
Also, I want you to maintain your body, so please follow my instructions on how to do that, in these After Boot Camp instructions.
You will be taking it easy with workouts today because we are cleansing. Your body needs to focus on the cleanse, so please don’t do rigorous exercise today.
The maximum exercise you can do is about 20 minutes of MODERATE cardio but I’d suggest you just take it easy!
Stay busy today and drink a lot of water!!!
