Welcome to the 18 Day Bikini Boot Camp hosted by LiveLifeActive.com and fueled by Isagenix!
Here is a calendar view of your boot camp schedule.
What you will need:
- 2 canisters/boxes of IsaLean
- 2 canisters of Cleanse For Life
- Isagenix Natural Accelerator
- Isagenix “Snacks”
- Recommended workout equipment: Dumbbells (8-20lbs), jump rope & bench (bench not required but will be helpful) You do NOT need a gym membership to complete this program.
If you do not have all the products listed above, make sure to contact LiveLifeActive@gmail.com to make sure you get them in time for the challenge start date!
What to do before you start the 18 Day BBC:
- Take two-three before picture and submit them to email@example.com BEFORE May 6th. They need to be full body pictures. I’d suggest wearing a swimsuit or shorts & sports bra.
- Join the private Facebook Group to meet other boot campers.
Now….onto the FUN STUFF!!!! After you receive your products, begin the boot camp by selecting the workout required for that day (below the calendar).
