All Gain No Pain & Sunny Days in Charleston

Hey guys!! Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted.  I’ve been in the middle of a move and as the weather is now getting to be hot, hot, hot in Charleston, I’ve been spending TONS of time at the beach.  It’s the reason why I moved towards the ocean, so I’m taking full advantage of it!!!

This morning I woke up and tried out my new Champion gear.  It was super hot out today so I decided to take it to the gym instead.

Why is going to the gym so much easier and more motivating when I have a new, cute outfit to wear?  Seriously…so much easier!!!  Check out my new workout outfit. Can you say adorable???

Overall, the outfit was a success.  I sometimes have problems with chafing and this outfit was so light that I didn’t have that problem at all, even during my sprints on the treadmill.  All Gain No Pain 🙂

Got a new teal colored shirt that is extremely thin and moisture wicking.  Grey Champion workout capris, a “marathon” bra which is super supportive and the lightest running jacket I’ve ever put my hands on.  It’s so light and will be perfect for outdoor runs, or for days when it’s raining a little.  This new clothing line has Vapor Fast Drying Technology, Chafe Resistant Seams and Ultra Light Fabric.  What more can you ask for in a workout outfit?
