One of my favorite things to do in the winter is to hit the gym to warm up. There’s nothing better than getting a great sweat on and then walking outside to the feeling of snow falling onto your overheated body. It’s so darn refreshing which is why I always find myself wanting to go to the gym in the winter!
It also helps that there isn’t much else to do in the winter, so why not hit the gym for a good old sweat sesh?
Here is one of my favorite snow day workouts that you can do at home. No equipment required.
Do the whole circuit straight through and then take a 1-2 minute break. Repeat the circuit 3-5 times for a great full body workout!
