  1. Great list! Consider including a few more foods high in boron like rsaiins, hazel nuts, and dried apricots. Avocado and almonds you have listed are great for this. Boron is a detergent for your laundry (Borax) and for your body. We’re talking clean, right?Glad to see peas and carrots, but I believe celery should also make the cut along with raw ginger root, cabbage, and oysters!Can’t wait to see this grow KJ!
