How To Plank
Place the forearms on the ground with the elbows aligned below the shoulders (sort of similar to a push up stance but your elbows on the ground). Make sure your arms are parallel to your body at about shoulder-width distance. If flat palms bother your wrists, clasp your hands together. Hold still and keep your body stable for as long as possible. Make sure your butt doesn’t raise in the air or drop too low. Keep it parallel to the ground!
You can do this challenge ANYWHERE at any time. You just need a couple minutes a day!
