I made the most incredible burrito recently. I’ve been having one every day since. If you know me at all, you know I LOVE Mexican food. Well…when I can find a clean way to prepare Mexican food I’m like a little kid on Christmas morning!! Also note that I’m an extremely picky eater and usually my food ends up with no flavor…well that’s not the case this time.
This little gem is PACKED with flavor!
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Laura’s Lean Beef (96% Lean)
- 7 oz Spicy Corn Salsa (peppers, corn & onion mix)
- Garlic Powder
- Peach & Mango Salsa
This salsa is my new favorite addiction. It’s sweet with a little spice and makes everything taste better!
Directions:
- Add beef to stove-top until brown
- Add whole container of Spicy Corn Salsa
- Add a few dashes of garlic powder
- Leave on medium heat for about 3 more minutes
Add to a 100 calorie whole wheat tortilla and top with some salsa!
It’s unbelievably good and so easy to make! I made this whole recipe which has 4 servings so I can have one for the next four days.
I’m not usually a fan of onions but they weren’t too strong and gave it just the right amount of flavor.
I’m a huge fan of EASY and clean recipes and this one is perfect. It took about 6 minutes total to make this and I have 4 meals for the week.
