Throughout the month of January, I hosted a New Years Transformation Challenge on my Facebook page and on this blog. Everyone who entered got placed into a private group where we helped motivate each other for the month and it was a place where everyone could feel comfortable and post pictures without being judged!
It was so much fun seeing my challengers transform their bodies! They worked their butts off, literally!
It has come a time for me to pick my first and second place transformation winners!!!! It was SUCH a hard decision but I feel like these top two women deserved to win from their dedication and their transformation from their before and after pictures.
