Motivational Support

Happy Friday!!! Finally, the weekend is here!

This week has been BUSY!  Ever since my feature on bodybuilding.com and the fact that my fitness idol, Jamie Eason, personally shared my story on her Facebook page (!!!!!! yeah, I freaked out a LOT when that happened…so exciting!!!!)  I have received a TON of emails.  I’m trying so hard to respond to every one of you quickly, so if I haven’t responded yet, I will, I PROMISE!

Other than that, I’ve been working on building my own 12 week workout program for all of you!!  I have gotten so many requests to join my online-training team and I feel terrible that I can’t accept any more of you on my team because I’m at capacity.  I have added everyone to a waiting list, but I feel like I need to create something to help those who are in need of help.

The reason I’m not taking in more people on my team is because I like to give FULL attention and be completely available to the girls who I’m training.  I’ve had some crappy experiences with online trainers who take days to respond, to just get a couple words back in response.  That is NOT the look I’m going for 🙂  So, I’m sorry for those of you who are waiting!

I’m literally in the very beginning stages of planning out my 12 week program for you guys, so please be patient.  It will probably take a while because I really want it to be perfect.

When I’m done with the program, I will probably launch it on my website and do the 12 weeks right along with anyone else who is interested.  I’m so excited for that!

Anyway, I have a jam packed day today.  I started my day off with my morning shake

I have to work, hit the gym, do some website work, run some errands and then my boyfriend and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary tonight!  I can’t believe how quickly time flies!!!  Yay! Time to kick off my gym shoes and put on some high heels and get all girly tonight for our big date night 🙂

Congratulations to my better half, for putting up with me for the past 5 years 🙂

(Anyone else think he looks like a combination of Tim Tebow and Channing Tatum? He gets both of them all the time and I’m MORE than happy with that combo!!! haha)

Thanks for being my rock through my fitness journey and always being there when I needed you!

Reaching goals can be SO hard without having motivation from your loved ones.  If I didn’t have someone to talk to every day about my ups and downs, it would have been so much harder!  Luckily, he’s a big gym rat like I am and we both enjoy the fit life 😉

Do you have a boyfriend/husband/significant other who is supportive of your goals?  If not, does it make it harder for you to stay on track?

  1. I just want to say that you are such an inspiration! I just started weigt lifting and I am starting with the same plan that you started with by Jamie Eason! I am only on my second day but I can already tell I am going to love it!
