My Daily Eats – Food Log

I lifted legs & core after work.  I’m paying for it today.  I love when my workouts get switched up every month because it never allows my body to get fully used to any workout routine.

I did lots of squats, leg presses, lunges & stability work for core.

Pink polka dotted leg press!!! I love when guys stare at me because I lift heavier than they do 😉

I don’t know what I’d do without my Polar heart rate monitor.  I wear this every damn workout and love it!!!

I left the gym and it was so beautiful outside!!! How pretty is that?! This weather in the Midwest has been unreal lately and I love every second of it!!

Hope you’re having a great week!!!

  1. I really like your meal plan for the day. Keeping it light but filling. I have to agree with you on the weather as it’s been unusually warm and nice here which i’m not complaining about. Keep up the great work Erin.

  2. I’d suggest you nomlarly change your program once every 3 months but in this case, since you’re performing the same exercises more than once per week it may be a good idea to move forward after about 2 months. Listen to your instincts When a workout begins to feel boring, that’s probably also when your muscles have gotten used to it and it’s time to change. Thanks very much for the comment.
