Happy Monday! This past weekend was action packed and I’m exhausted. I headed to Chicago for the weekend and got to see my family and friends <3
We went to a couple street fests on Saturday. Street fest in Chicago are one of my favorite things to do in the summer.
We first hit up the Wrigley Sausage Fest which actually sucked. It was only one block long. We ate some sausages and bounced. It was nice to see my old buddy, Wrigley Field though 🙂

Then we headed over to the Do Division fest which was MUCH bigger and more fun.
I had NO part in the picture above..oh my gosh..that would kill me!
I got to rock out my hot pink shorts again! I think these will be my go-to this summer 🙂
And managed to do a little shopping at the fest too. How freakin’ adorable is this picture I bought. It is on a stained wood block. I can’t wait to hang it on my house.
I got to spend time with my best friends!!!! (Shout out to my lovely ladies Court and Jules!)
I didn’t have any time to workout, so this week is back to the gym and eating clean. Leg & cardio day today. I’m a little scared to do this leg workout again becuase last time it left me as a sweaty MESS! I need it though after a long weekend like this one. I need a good sweat to get rid of all the toxins 😉

I completely agree with her. The people watching was very entertaining!
Looks like a fun weekend all around! I ended up drinking way too much this weekend (we were celebrating our new home!) and now I am in need of some gym time and clean eating detox too. Hey, you gotta live a little! 😉
