I’m actually really glad it’s Monday. Did I really just say that? I don’t know if I’ve EVER typed that in my life before. Hah!! Lately I love getting back to my routine on Monday mornings. It’s so hard for me to stay on track with my nutrition and workouts on the weekend. I’m so much better at it when I have a set schedule that I’ve got nailed down.
I had a GREAT weekend. My dad came to visit me which included some AWESOME cheat meals 🙂 He requested we go to pizza for lunch and Mexican for dinner. Can you tell we’re family? I can! Those are my two favorite foods…hands down!
On Sunday morning, we went to the gym together as a family. It was so nice to be able to spend time with my family being active and healthy! We don’t normally do this when we get together, but I think it’s going to happen more often because we all had a great time 🙂

Last week I was super burnt out from the gym…so I made my weekend very light and I feel a bazillion times better now! I’m SO READY to tackle the gym today. Woohoo!
Also…it’s supposed to get up to 84 this week!! Nothing gives me more motivation than the chance I could be in a bikini this weekend!!!! Ya never know?!

#5. Try 6 new beers (3 out of 6 completed) – I tried Sam Adams Cherry Wheat this weekend. It was REALLY good. It tasted like cherry coke!
#5. Try 6 new beers (4 out of 6 completed) – I tried Sam Adams Summer Ale this weekend too. My boyfriend got this big variety pack of Sam Adams so he let me taste them too 🙂 It was good but I still like my Summer Shandy more!
