Bombshell, Savage or P90x?

Yesterday I had an intense leg & ab workout! My legs were seriously shaking and felt like jello when I left the gym.  I love it! I felt the burn baby!

I did day 4 of Lee Labrada’s Lean Body program.

Here’s what I did…

  • Squats: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Dumbbell Lunges: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Leg Curls: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Straight Leg Barbell Deadlift: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Seated Calf Raise: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Standing Calf Raise: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Crunches: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure
  • 60-90 sec rest
  • Lying Leg Raises: 2 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 set to failure

Also…because I felt like a badass..I also added in a couple extra side ab crunches and 2 sets on the glute machine to work my booty!

I’m definitly feeling it this morning already.  I’m going to be walking around like a fool all weekend.

I still can’t decide what workout plan I want to do next.  I thought about joining Team Bombshell (and I already got accepted on the team..woohoo!), Team Savage or a local fitness team, however I just can’t decide.  I’ve talked to all three companies and I need to make up my mind.  I’m probably either going to join one of those teams or do something like P90x.

Team Bombshell: ( I would just train with them, not compete)

Team Savage: Groupshot of Team Savage below ( I would do the lifestyle training program)

A local team that would be smaller than the above two teams but is local so it would offer more personal support and face to face meetings.

Or….

P90x:

What do you think? Any recommendations or reviews on Team Bombshell, Team Savage or P90x?
