Last night I lifted chest and triceps and man oh man is my chest sore. I can’t believe I’m STILL getting sore! This is crazy! I guess I can get a good pump in even when it’s not designed to a “T” like the plan I just finished. Apparently I’ve learned enough to know what to do on my own. Aren’t I such a big girl?
I followed up my lifting sesh with about 51 minutes on the treadmill and logged 5 miles.
And now…one more workout until my VACATION!!!! I feel like I’m on the Biggest Loser and have one “Last Chance Workout”. You better believe it..I’m going to put in 392% in the gym tonight 🙂
