Results from Phase 1 of Jamie Eason’s Live Fit 12 Week Trainer

I have finished phase 1 of the LiveFit program! Wahooo! So far I’m totally pumped about the results I’ve seen.  My body has been changing and I notice more and more every week 🙂

Before phase 1:

  • Weight: 137lbs
  • Height: 5’7
  • Bodyfat: 21%
  • Arms: 12″
  • Hips: 37″
  • Waist: 32″
  • Thighs: 23″
  • Calves: 13″
  • Shoulders: 37″

After phase 1 (one month):

  • Weight: 132lbs
  • Height: 5’7
  • Bodyfat: 19.5%
  • Arms: 11.8″
  • Hips: 34.5″
  • Waist: 31.5″
  • Thigs: 21.5″
  • Calves: 14″
  • Shoulders: 12″

Total Changes:

  • Weight: down 5 lbs!!!
  • Height: same
  • Bodyfat: down 1.5%!!!
  • Arms: lost .3″
  • Hips: lost 2.5″
  • Waist: lost .5″
  • Thighs: lost 1.5″”
  • Calves: same
  • Shoulders: down 1″

I’m very very proud of my results!  These results were from just lifting and eating healthy! You can see that not only did I lose weight and inches, I also replaced fat with muscle and lowered my body fat percentage!! Woohooo! Those are huge changes.  I should see some great results for the rest of the trainer as well because I’m now adding cardio 🙂

I have seriously been debating posting my before and after pictures…but maybe I’ll wait to post those until later on in the trainer. 

I’ll leave you with a fun picture that I saw today.  I got a kick out of it!  Girls can lift heavy too!!
