Hump day was once again another no fitness day. Sadly, I was still sore from doing the Shred on Tuesday so I decided to rest my body in the chance I may do the firefighters race today. Instead of working out, I went over to the BF’s house that he’s flipping to see everything he’s done to the place. It’s amazing how much he has done to this place. He completely gutted it and now it’s slowly starting to come together. We’re hoping maybe a month more and it’ll be ready to put on the market!
For lunch, I just grabbed something from our cafeteria then ran to Meijer to pick up a few things. I went with the turkey and cheese bagel sandwich.
After returning to work, I looked up the nutrition and I’ve decided I won’t get another bagel from the cafe. It was over 300 calories in one stinking bagel! The bagel wasn’t good enough to satisfy me like a Which Wich sandwich does. I’d much rather get a full prepared sandwich instead of one of those crappy little bagels. Maybe I’m re-thinking my new interest towards my work cafeteria.
For dinner I made some whole wheat plus flax Al Dente blend pasta, mixed vegetables and an Aunt Millie’s Slimwich for my bread side.
While watching American-2 hours is way to long-Idol, I made a bowl of Kashi’s Honey Sunshine cereal and skim milk. yummy in my tummy.
American idol was just to long. I’m glad I had it on DVR because I fast forwarded almost the whole thing. The best part of the whole show was when George Lopez ripped on all the judges. He really bit hard on Kara DioGuardi. Poor girl…she wasn’t expecting that at all. He even mentioned her nudie pictures. COMEON George, it’s a family show! I’m sure she was pissed!
I still haven’t decided about the Courage & Valor run tonight. You can register at the event before 6pm, so it will probably be a last minute decision. I’ll just wait to see if I’m feeling up for it or not. I don’t know if I’ll try to beat my old time, but then again, I’m WAYYY to competitive to get out there and not try to beat my old time, especially since I’ll be doing it by myself. I just don’t think that’s possible even though I’d love to just run it for fun.
I finally bought a new cord for my digital camera, so I was able to finally upload all the pictures I’ve been taking recently when I’m out. Here’s a fun one from Cincinnati last weekend that I completely forgot we took. They gave out these 80’s glasses at the bar and we were rockin them out.
It’s almost Fridayyyyy!!!
My boyfriend has those sunglasses, and wears them as a legitimate pair.

I think that’s one of the reasons why I never really got into American Idol- it’s a serious time commitment! And I have commitment issues… :p

I couldn’t watch 2 hours of idol. I flipped between the Phillies and Remember the Titans on ABCFam. Cause, ya know, I don’t own the DVD/havent seen it 200 times already!
