Aunt Millies Bread & Whole Foods Pizza

I had a busy night of running errands but managed to squeeze in a workout.  I attempted to do Jillian Michaels Level 3 card again.  It was a 45 min treadmill session, and I ended up modifying it to be a little (Who am I kidding?!?) A LOT easier and did it for about 35 minutes.  I was proud of myself for doing more of the workout then I did last time.  I would love to challenge someone to this card and see if they can do the whole thing without modifying it at all.  It’s seriously intense.  I burned about 375 calories through that workout.  I haven’t sweat that much since I got my treadmill.  I just can’t run at an incline of 5 and speed 8 for much longer than a minute, Jillian!

I managed to walk a mile at lunch yesterday too.  That was nice to get a little exercise in mid day.

I didn’t get a picture of my lunch but I went to Whole Foods and got a piece of grilled chicken pizza.  DELISH-i-oso!

Does anyone know the nutrional information of Whole Foods fresh from the oven pizza?

I believe they make their crust with whole wheat and it’s supposed to be a lot better for you, but I’d like to know more detail on the nutrition.  I couldn’t find much on the Internet.

Dinner was breakfast again.  I don’t know why I’m on such a kick with breakfast for dinner lately, but I’m liking it 🙂  2 eggs over easy, roasted garlic potatoes and wheat toast.

I really like the bread I get for dieting purposes.  It’s the lowest calorie bread I’ve ever seen.  It’s called Aunt Millie’s Whole Wheat – Light.  It’s only 35 calories a slice with 3gs of fiber!

On a complete off note, my boyfriend flips houses as a living right now and I went to see his most recent project.  He just gutted the house and it’s so amazing to see a transormation like this happen.  Here’s the bathroom as of right now.  Come back later and I’ll show you an updated picture when it’s done!

My daily log was really low in net calories.  After my fatty weekend, I wasn’t nearly as hungry as I normally am.

Have a great Tuesday!
