Oops! Food and Booze Overload!

I had a super.duper.duper fatty weekend.  I decided to take my “cheat weekend” to a whole other level.  It mostly included mass quantities of these two:

It also consisted of LOTS of food that weren’t even close to fitting in my diet.  McDonald’s, beer, Steak and Shake, Panera and Chili’s!  Every bit of it was great, but it was seriously a binge weekend.  My whole ten pound weight loss is now a goal for me again because I gained a few lbs back this weekend.  I should be upset about it, but truthfully, I’m not.  I had a good weekend and I think I can get back to where I was in a couple days.

On a good note, BUTLER and OHIO STATE won!  Woohoo!!! The Butler game was great and we were going nuts at the very end when it got super close.  At least we pulled it off.  I didn’t go to either schools, but I’m a fan because I know a coach at both schools and I’d love to see them succeed.

Who are you cheering for in the NCAA tournament?

Another positive was when I went to one of our guy friend’s house on Friday to watch the games.  My guy friends kept complimenting me on looking good.  I know everyone was drunk and that’s probably why…or the fact that I was the only girl with a whole bunch of testosterone in the room 😉 haha.  Either way, it made me feel good and that my diet/workout plan was being recognized.  I felt great 🙂

I was out of town on Friday & Saturday, so I didn’t get to work out.  My boyfriend and I were going to go check out a new gym last night, but he lost his wallet so we couldn’t go 🙁 .  That’s gotta be the worst feeling in the world – when you lose your wallet or purse.

Since I was already dressed to go to the gym, I hit the treadmill at home for a little bit.  I gave my Jillian Michaels iFit Level 1 card one final shot (I’ll review my experience later) and then did some interval running, which in total burned 315 calories.  I was a sweaty mess though.

I love reading all of the blogs about what went on at the FitBlogging conference! I’d love to hear any tips you learned from it.  The conference sounds like such a fun thing to go to.
