Jillian Michaels iFit Card – Level 3 workout

So, yesterday I tried the Jillian Michael’s iFit card and it was MUCH harder than I thought it would be. I thought I could handle it, but unfortunately I couldn’t. The warm up was easy, however it jumped up to hard cardio after a few minutes. I think I only lasted 12 minutes on the treadmill with her program. I didn’t even do all 12 minutes in full, I had to cheat and lower some speeds/inclines. I’m used to running on the treadmill mostly with high intensity interval training (HIIT), so running for long periods of time with an incline is new to me. The first workout on level 3 was 45 minutes long, so needless to say, I wasn’t even close. I respect anyone who can complete these work outs. Maybe I can work my way up to doing more of each workout and eventually get through a whole one. They definitely burn a lot of calories though! I only did the warm up and about 9-10 minutes of my own modified program and burnt 150 calories. I’m not surprised that it says you can burn 600-800 calories in one workout.

My Nutrition

As for my food, I probably didn’t eat enough yesterday. I ate three meals, but my calories were low, especially after running. My low calorie day yesterday showed in my weight today. I’m down 2.2lbs from yesterday, but that just doesn’t seem right. We’ll see how it looks tomorrow.

Have a great day! Comment with support!

33min on the treadmill today. 350 calories burned!
