    • That’s a good point. I’m trying not to let my body go into “starvation” mode where it stops burning calories. I think I may need to snack more so I don’t have to worry about that. It’s always such a weird concept though that I have a hard time with – “eat more often to burn more calories”. I just have to make sure to pick the correct snacking options!
