I hadn’t worked out in about a week because I’m getting over a cold. Today’s workout was HARD. I tried Jilian Michaels ifit card (level 3 get fit) and it was entirely too hard. I’ll explain in detail tomorrow!!

I love that you are using Lose it. But as you know you should be careful about your calories. If you don’t eat enough of calories your body will react by burning fewer calories…
That’s a good point. I’m trying not to let my body go into “starvation” mode where it stops burning calories. I think I may need to snack more so I don’t have to worry about that. It’s always such a weird concept though that I have a hard time with – “eat more often to burn more calories”. I just have to make sure to pick the correct snacking options!
